With their weekend pass, all City Drop 2026 attendees get general admission to the venue, access to our cast panels and also access to our vendor area! Vendors will be at City Drop in Vancouver, Canada for the full weekend, giving our attendees plenty of time to browse your tables and buy some of your merchandise!

The cost to be a vendor at City Drop is $125 USD. For this fee you will get:

• A table and table cloth in the vendor area
• Early access to set-up your merchandise on the Friday evening
• Access to a weekend full of convention attendees (and potentially our invited guests too) to sell your items to
• A vendor badge which provides you with general admission to the event
• Access to cast panels*
• Ability to purchase photo ops, autographs and meet and greets with the cast*
• You will also receive promotion via our social media channels (Twitter, Bluesky and Instagram) 

Space in the vendor area is limited, and we want to ensure that our attendees are able to purchase a variety of items so we will be taking applications for vendors. We cannot allow the sale of food or drink and take no responsibility for items left unattended at your tables.
