The price of day and weekend tickets vary depending on the type of ticket being purchased. Prices may also vary depending on the event. A limited number of each ticket type are available. All prices are in USD. Service charges and fees will be applied. These figures are non-negotiable.

The ticket or badge you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the venue location on the date stated on the ticket. The license includes the revocable right to attending the event. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility of the ticket(s), once they receive it. ConFuzed Events has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.

Kindly note that ticketspice.com is the sole authorised source for purchasing ConFuzed Event entry and event tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

The ConFuzed Event tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s). ConFuzed Events reserve the right to revoke tickets.

Please note that ConFuzed Events tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘maximum age’ for purchasing a Junior Ticket is 12 years old. There is no minimum age to attend, but all attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that a Junior Ticket holder is above the ‘maximum age’, they will not be granted entry to the event. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.

At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.

By purchasing tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to the Organisers to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.

The Organisers have the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of the Organisers will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as the specific ConFuzed Event convention has commenced. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. The Organisers cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.

You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – full or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to it.

Cancellations, refunds & transfers

In the event that you can no longer attend the convention, you will be able to resale or transfer the ticket. All sales must be for the face value as advertised on the ConFuzed Events website (www.confuzedevents.com). If you need help, please email.

Please note that NO refunds will given.

If the ConFuzed Event convention is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, the Organizers have the sole and absolute right to:

  • i) reschedule the event
  • ii) issue a full refund

Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

If ConFuzed Events has to be rescheduled to other dates, all tickets will automatically be moved to the rescheduled date. You will not be eligible for a partial refund if you choose not to attend anymore. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

Please note that you purchase entry and event tickets of your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a charge-back claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.

In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.

Acceptable behaviour and Code of Conduct

ConFuzed Events and the Organizers are committed to providing a safe environment and a fun experience for all attending the conventions. Therefore, all are expected to behave with respect and receive respectful treatment in return. The Organizers will not tolerate inappropriate behavior of any kind, including, but not limited, to harassment or discrimination due to age, disability, marital status, pregnancy, race or color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

If unacceptable behavior continues upon being escorted from the convention, local authorities may be contacted.

Anyone who experiences or witnesses inappropriate behavior is encouraged to report it to any Organizer, member of venue or hotel staff, volunteer, or security, all of whom will be easily identifiable and available throughout the venue.

ConFuzed Events and the Organizers follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at ConFuzed Events conventions and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. All of your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

The Organizers do not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

The venue

Our venue is the Niagara Falls Convention Center. The doors are all wide enough for mobility aids. If you have any further questions about accessibility at the venue, please contact the venue directly to discuss your specific needs: www.niagarafallsusa.com/convention-center/contact

Photography, filming and sound recording

During the conventions, filming, sound recording and photography will be taking place throughout the venue. As a convention attendee, you therefore consent to filming, sound recording and photography and you consent to the use by ConFuzed Events of any such film, sound recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing, and other purposes, without the need for an individual waiver needing to be executed. As a convention attendee you also waive any rights to the use of your image by ConFuzed Events while you are at the convention. Your entry ticket is proof of your waiver to the use of your image and sound.

All unauthorized filming, sound recording and photography, or the unauthorized transmitting of audio or visual material is prohibited at all ConFuzed Events conventions. Photography in our photo op rooms and autograph rooms is prohibited (unless for a purchased selfie). DSLR cameras with changeable lenses are prohibited. Recording in our panel rooms is prohibited.

Please note, photos taken of the talent at ConFuzed Events conventions may not be resold, in any form, for profit.

Please have respect for the talent and do not sound record, take photographs or film them without prior permission or while they are moving around the venue. This is strictly prohibited.

Photo ops

“Photo ops” are photos taken by a professional photographer in one of our studios. You will receive 1 print of your photo op, with the option to purchase additional prints and digital copies from the photographer.

Tickets for photo ops will be sold online and as well as at the convention. Cash will be the only accepted form of payment at the event. ConFuzed Events will not process photo op transfers.

All ticket sales are final unless the talent for which you purchased a photo op for can no longer attend the convention. We will refund you or you can transfer your photo op over to another guest.

On the day

Your photo op ticket will be valid for the day indicated on the ticket. You are responsible for checking the schedule to find out when that photo op is scheduled, and for being there during the scheduled time. There will be no refunds for missed photo ops.

To get your photo, you must present the QR code (that you receive when you purchase a photo op) at the check-in desk no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of that photo op. If you have access to a VIP line, show that to a photo op Volunteer.

Some talent will have more than one solo photo op scheduled per day. You are guaranteed to get your photo op on the day stated on your ticket. If an earlier session is over attended, you will be able to get your photo during the second session. If you have an event extra which conflicts with the second session, please let the photo op check-in desk know when you present your QR code.

People per ticket

Each photo op ticket can include a maximum of 2 attendees in the same photo. Multiple tickets may be combined on the same photo to create a larger group (4 attendees need 2 tickets, 5 attendees need 3 tickets, etc.). Maximum of 8 attendees total in a solo photo op. Maximum of 4 attendees in duos, trios, and group photos.

Expected behaviors

Please explain your pose to the talent in advance and ask if are comfortable with it. If they say no, you must pick something else. Talent reserves the right not to pose with anyone who makes them feel uncomfortable and not to undertake any pose which makes them feel uncomfortable. Please do not touch the actors without their consent. They are permitted to initiate contact and to touch you as part of the pose you request they do so.

It is prohibited to kiss the talent, ask the talent to kiss you, or ask the talent to kiss. It is prohibited to pick up the talent. Violation of these terms and conditions

Schedule

Your Photo Op ticket will be valid for the day indicated on the ticket. You are responsible for checking the schedule to find out when that Photo Op is scheduled, and for being there during the scheduled time. There will be no refunds for missed Photo Ops.

Some cast members will have more than one solo Photo Op scheduled per day. You are guaranteed to get your Photo Op on that day (and only that day). In the unlikely event that the earlier photo session is over attended, the line may need to be stopped because of time constraints. You will be able to get your photo during the second session. If you have an event extra which conflicts with the second session, please let the Photo Op check-in desk know when you present your QR code.

Autographs

All autographs and selfies will be sold at each guests’ table. All guests will be accepting cash (USD), some guests will be accepting credit cards (this list will be available at the con). Please assume you’ll need to pay for all autos/selfies with cash (USD).

You can purchase up to two autographs and one selfie with every visit to a guest’s table. This policy is subject to change.

To get an autograph you may need to join the waitlist (see below). If your guest does not have a waitlist, you will go to the autograph room when they are scheduled to be there signing and join the queue. When it is your time to enter to autograph room, you will be placed in a line for that guest, If you have VIP line access then you will be placed into this line.

When you are called to enter the autograph room only you may enter.  Due to space concerns, other than for ADA purposes, only the person on the waitlist may enter the autograph room.

You can only visit one guests’ table per visit to the autograph room. Once you have your autograph or selfie, you must leave the autograph room. Jumping to another line is prohibited. To visit another guest, you need to rejoin the queue and visit the check-in desk.

Expected behaviors

Within reason, you can ask guests to sign anything including personal items, but they reserve the right to refuse to sign it. Please do not ask them to sign body parts. Various 8×10 photos of the guests will be available on their tables for you to choose from for them to sign.

Be aware of the queue behind you and do not linger at the table talking to the talent after they have signed your item/taken the selfie with you. Also, please do not take away time from the person in front of you by coming forward too soon. Remain behind the line until called forward.

Talent reserves the right not to pose for a selfie with anyone who makes them feel uncomfortable and not to undertake any selfie pose which makes them feel uncomfortable. Please do not touch the actors without their consent. They are permitted to initiate contact and to touch you as part of the selfie if you request they do so. It is prohibited to kiss the talent, ask the talent to kiss you, or ask the talent to kiss. It is prohibited to pick up the talent. You can ask the volunteer to help you take the photo on your own phone.

Waitlist

Some talent will have a waitlist for their autograph tables. For these guests, each day two waitlists will open. The first waitlist is the ‘Main’ waitlist. The second is a ‘Standby’ waitlist. The Standby waitlist will open 15 minutes after the Main waitlist so if you miss the Main waitlist, you have a chance to get on the top of the Standby list. You MUST sign up on the waitlist with the name that is on your ticket.

When it is your turn to get an autograph via the waitlist, you will get a text saying it’s your turn with a guest. You will have 10 minutes to get to the autograph room and check in. The volunteers there will then direct you to the correct line.

Please note. If you see a guest on one day and get on the Main waitlist for that guest on a subsequent day, we will prioritize people from the Standby waitlist before you, to ensure as many attendees as possible get autographs. This may mean you don’t end up seeing that guest despite being on the Main waitlist for that day.
