City Drop is the first dedicated, in-person fan convention in North America and we are bringing it all back home to Vancouver, BC, where it was filmed for three seasons. Our target market is primarily fans of the show located in Canada and the US, but our exciting location surrounded by filming sites is attracting customers from across the world.

How can you get involved?

Financial sponsorship

Running fan conventions is a very rewarding experience – you get to bring together fans from across the world and watch them finally get to meet the stars or their favorite shows – but it is also expensive. You could help us by providing a financial donation towards the overall running costs of hosting the convention – travel, hotels, refreshments, incidentals, the list goes on!

All financial sponsors will receive:

• your logo (for organizations) or your name (for private individuals) on our sponsor webpage
• a thank you in our event programme

Benefits for sponsors vary depending on the donation amount. Get in touch to discuss how we can best thank you for your donation.

Venue space sponsor

Why not help us by sponsoring one of our event rooms for one or both of the convention days? We are being hosted by the wonderful Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront in downtown Vancouver, and have secured a variety of rooms to use during the weekend for various activities. 

Spaces include (sponsorship levels vary):

• Main panel room
• Meet and greet room
• Photograph room
• Green room (for cast)
• Vendor area

Sponsor one of our event spaces, and get:

‘Memorial Hall’ event sponsor

Our ‘Memorial Hall’ is a brand-new event for Motherland: Fort Salem fans and unique to City Drop. Fans are eager to see props, costumes and production related items used during the making of their favorite show – with some even being offered for display by the cast themselves! Check out the items we have so far
